Foundation of Laserdenta
With development of the 5-Axis Scanner, the Laserdenta AG was established in the year 2004. The company site was relocated into Switzerland with the development unit still staying in Bergheim. The scanners have been specialized for the jewellery industry, application within the dental lab respectively.

Laserdenta Specializes in the Dental Field
With the beginning of the year 2009, Laserdenta started to readjust its rails. All activities have been focused on the dental field.
During the Chicago Midwinter Meeting as well as during the IDS in Cologne, Laserdenta presented itself as system supplier within the dental CAD/CAM area. The system components exhibited, scanner, software and milling device, have been entirely designed and programmed in the company’s own development center in Bergheim. The product range is rounded by both standard and innovative materials which allow significant broadening of the application possibilities of CD/CAM systems.

Expansion of the Bergheim Premises
After development and sales, the new Laserdenta will also centralize parts of the production in Bergheim. This allows even more effective realization of means in regard to quality assurance Furthermore, short communication channels increase the efficiency of the individual areas – and also foster the customer-oriented direction of the company, in which already today the power of innovation and flexibility are creating intelligent innovative products for the dental industry of the future.
Further expansion of the company’s buildings is already on planning level.
New Training Center in Bergheim
Since early July 2009, the new Training Center as well as the offices of administration, sales, and marketing are located in Friedrich-Bessel-Straße 2 in Bergheim, just a few steps from the own company building. The friendly training facilities are located in the penthouse of the building. Due to continuous further own developments within the CAD/CAM area, the Training Center and the instruction of operators – dental technicians – are taking a major part at Laserdenta. Use of scanner, CAD and CAM programs needs practicing!

Laserdentium
In 2013 Laserdentium GmbH continues the operative business of Laserdenta GmbH. Contact adresses and office adress will also be transfered to Laserdentium GmbH.
