OpenMill 500 – 5 axis milling machine
Hardware acquired today has to be also applicable via simple modifications and supplement of software for future developments within the dental area. This is Laserdentium’s concept. The OpenMill 500 Milling device puts this premise tightly into reality. The equipment has been designed particularly for dry-processing of non-metallic dental restorations and scintillates with a cost effectiveness that can not be beaten.
Its five axis as well as the „actual position control“ allow multiple deployment of the Open Mill 500 Milling Device and ensure simple, precise production of dental restorations, individual abutments, drilling jigs and much more. Due to the tool support with two raw material discs and an automated tool changer (10 tools), overnight production becomes feasible.
Laserdentium’s OpenSystem has been particularly developed for today’s and future demands within the dental lab. This allows return of added value of expensive outsourced service back into the own lab.
Deploying materials by Laserdentium, CAD/CAM will in future also become profitable within the low cost sector.
